Hi, I'm Amy.

I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) providing virtual psychotherapy to individuals throughout New York State.

I work alongside people as they create meaningful change in their lives, honoring the courage it takes to begin that process.

I believe healing begins with approaching ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment, trusting that every behavior, emotion, and relationship pattern has meaning within the context of our lives. Together, we'll explore how your experiences have shaped you so you can reconnect with yourself and make choices guided by who you are today and who you're becoming, rather than by your past. Whether you're navigating grief and loss, complex trauma, anxiety, questions of identity, or family conflict, our work will be grounded in your unique experience.

I approach therapy as an evolving creative collaboration that centers safety, trust, and connection. I look forward to exploring how your unique experiences have shaped your hopes, needs, and goals.
